Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

• Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
• Because items ship from our fulfillment partners, please allow up to 2–4 weeks for delivery before the return window starts (see Section 6).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging, with all accessories (charging cable, lid, base)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Not eligible for return:

• Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear
• Items returned without original packaging
• Free/promotional items included with a purchase
• Gift cards
